Jim Spielman collaborates with institutional fund managers (pension, insurance, endowment, family office, private equity, and alternative investment funds) to structure LP investments into Legendary Capital’s hospitality real estate funds, serves on the investment committee, and collaborates with the executive team on strategic corporate development initiatives. Prior to joining Legendary Capital, Mr. Spielman was the Founding Managing Partner of Sympheron Partners, an independent M&A advisory and private capital raising investment bank. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science, cum laude in accounting, from Minnesota State University and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Jim holds FINRA series 7, 24, 27, 63 & 79 securities licenses.
