In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Samuel will oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution team for Legendary Capital – including setting the vision and developing strategic initiatives that will grow the brand. He has more than a decade of experience serving asset managers in the REIT and private equity sectors. He has advised some of the country’s largest REITs on tax consulting, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. A certified public accountant in North Dakota, Florida and Tennessee – Montgomery holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration-accounting from the University of Miami and a master’s degree in taxation from Nova Southeastern University. He is married and has two daughters.
